Frito-Chili-Dog-Casserole from Woman`s Day Magazine

1 lbs Ground Beef
4 Hot Dogs -chopped
1 onion chopped 1 cup
1 env. Dry Chili Seasoning
1 can Diced Tomatoes (14 1/2 oz)
1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
1pkg (8.5 oz) Corn Muffin Mix
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
3/4 Shredding Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cup Frito Corn Chips

*Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees - Heat Non-stick Skillet over medium heat. Add beef, hot dogs, onion & seasoning mix, cook, stirring until beef is browned and onion is tender, 4-5 minutes.
*Stir in diced tomatoes with juices, tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water, Transfer to 2-qt baking dish.
*In another bowl, combine muffin mix, milk, egg and 1/4 cup cheese, spread over beef mixture, leaving 2 inch border -sprinkle with chips and remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly and topping is cooked through, 20-25 Minutes.
