(Sounds like a plan to me!) Jorge showed Dr Oz Fans quick and easy ways to boost energy in under 5 minutes. It’s so easy, anyone can do it. You start the day with Yerba Mate Tea to flush our your fat, and you eat delicious things like Miracle Microwave Muffins and Lemon-Limeade!
- ¼ cup of ground flax

Dr Oz Lemon-Limeade Recipe

Doctor Oz squeezed the juice from both the lemons and the limes into a glass. Jorge had Dr Oz add the stevia and the mint. Stir it up and you’re done! Sit back and relax with you homemade lemon-limeade.
Vitamin C is known to help reduce fatigue and make you more alert. Studies also show that citrus scents stimulate alertness. Avoid blood sugar spikes with Stevia, which is a low calorie sugar substitute.
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Mixed Drinks!
Frozen Fruit Drink 2 oz Irish Whiskey 3 one ounce peach-juice ice cubes 1/2 ounce lemon juice Pinch salt Raspberries and mint for garnish Shake the whiskey and lemon juice with the peach ice cubes until they are completely broken up. Serve in a glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
Put sugar into a dry pan and heat. Sugar will start to caramelize and turn brown. When it is fairly brown but not burnt, carefully add the whiskey (keep your face and body out of the way) and step back. If you are using a gas stove it will ignite right away in a big flame. If you are electric, you can use a long match. Let it burn for a couple seconds and add the Guinness. Flames should die down. Add the bitters and lemon. Take the pan off the heat, stir briefly (to melt the caramel) and pour into a coffee cup. Serve with cinnamon and an orange twist. For the orange peel, cut a nice big piece, face the peel toward the drink and squeeze the peel by folding it the long way (you can roll it a bit while you do this). Next, wipe the rim of the glass

Girl Scout Cookies, Baking Chocolate Cake & Brownies in the Same Week!
This week was my Friends Reg & Ed`s Birthday - So I baked Chocolate Brownies for Ed and Baked a Chocolate M&M Cake for Reg. It was also Girl Scout Cookie week, So I had to buy some Cookies as well. OMG - The house is full of leftovers, I cannot have this in my house! I will gain so much unwanted weight if they stay here. It takes a lot for me to throw away food, so instead I packed a bag of Brownies for Reg to take home - I gave as much cake away to Ed & my friend Nancy - and Roy seems to be eating the Cookies. Good, looks like I am saved!!
BTW: M&M Cake is just box Double Chocolate Cake & Frosting with M&M candies in the Batter and on top of Frosting.
